Proximal50 was built on the belief that training, recovery, and long-term health should never feel disconnected.
Founded by physical therapist Tana Trotter, who saw firsthand the gap between fitness and healthcare, she built something to close it.
That same approach shapes our team. Every coach, trainer, and specialist is held to a higher standard, with the experience, education, and intent to do this the right way.
That foundation shows up in everything we do, from personal training and group workouts to sports performance and everyday strength.
This is where it all started. Our Divide location is the foundation of Proximal50, home to wellness, athletics, equipment, and group fitness.
Upstairs, you’ll find our dedicated women’s space, designed to offer added privacy while still giving you access to the same high-quality equipment and training.
Athletics is also based here, where athletes train in small groups with focused coaching built around strength, speed, and long-term performance.
Our wellness clinic anchors it all, helping you understand how your body moves and giving you real data through tools like DEXA so you can train with purpose.
Downtown is where character meets training.
Originally built in 1929 as the International Harvester Garage, this space still carries that same structure, with exposed brick, high ceilings, and room to move.
You’ll find our warehouse training space here, built for Olympic lifting, strength work, and performance-focused training.
It’s also home to Pulse, our heart-rate based group training designed to push effort, track progress, and keep you consistent. Included in your all-access membership, it gives you a clear way to show up and put the work in.
