Wellness starts with understanding your body, how it moves, and what it needs.
We use measurable data and movement to take the guesswork out of your health. Physical therapy is centered in the gym, focusing on strength and movement instead of passive treatments or quick fixes.
DEXA, VO₂ Max, and RMR testing take that understanding further, giving you real insight into body composition, cardiovascular fitness, and energy needs.
Because better information is only useful when you know what to do with it. We help turn what we learn into a clearer path forward for your health, training, and everyday life.
Pain shouldn’t be something you simply learn to live with.
Our physical therapy team takes a movement-first approach to care, combining hands-on treatment, gym-based training, and education to help reduce pain, restore function, and build strength that carries over into everyday life.
We look beyond where it hurts to understand how you move, identify what may be contributing to the problem, and build a plan focused on lasting progress.
Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing ongoing discomfort, or working your way back to the activities you love, your treatment plan is built around real movement, real progress, and getting you back to doing more.

A DEXA scan goes beyond the number on a scale, giving you a detailed look at what’s happening inside your body.
With precise measurements of body fat, lean muscle mass, and bone density, DEXA gives you a baseline you can use to better understand your health and track meaningful change over time.
Whether you’re working toward a fitness goal, monitoring changes in muscle or body composition, or simply want a clearer picture of your health, your results give you real data to help guide what comes next.
Performance testing gives you a deeper look at how your body uses oxygen and energy, turning what’s happening beneath the surface into information you can actually use.
VO₂ Max testing measures your cardiovascular fitness and aerobic capacity, helping you better understand endurance, training intensity, and how efficiently your body performs under increasing effort.
Resting metabolic rate testing measures the energy your body needs at rest, giving you a more individualized starting point for nutrition, body composition, and health goals.
Whether you’re training for your next race, working toward a fitness goal, or simply want to better understand your body, these tests give you measurable data to make more informed decisions and track progress over time.
