Proximal50’s vision remains steadfast – to create lasting change in the health and wellness of clients, our members, and our community. We’ve always felt that our community extended beyond our walls and even beyond our city. As we navigate through a time of collective struggle around the world, we’ve quickly realized just how wide one’s community can be. Our effort may be small in comparison, but our goal is to continue to be a resource & support system for many. Here are some of our efforts.

- Proximal50 @Home Facebook Group – free for active Proximal50 members or available to nonmembers to purchase.
- Virtual Appointments – available for anyone – our team of wellness professionals are here to help. Schedule with our Registered Dietitian, Registered Nurse, Licensed Counselor, Exercise Physiologist or consider virtual personal training with a P50 Certified Personal Trainer.
- Exercise Equipment – Proximal50 sells at-home exercise equipment from big (treadmills & weight machines) to small (weights & bands).
